We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Country Manager for our client, a global, multi-industry leader in the manufacturing and sale of luxury bathroom accessories for residential, commercial, and industrial markets worldwide looking forward to increasing their market base.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the business development in Ghana

  • Designing and Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency

  • Identifying business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio with prominent clients in the luxury interior design space.

  • Building professional relationships with staff and clients.

  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders; inhouse, third party partners, and clients

  • Managing the interests of our partners to ensure continued commitment and engagement

  • Providing a sense of urgency to drive the execution of a broad range of business tasks leading to the timely closure of contracts and deals.

  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

  • Prepare regular reports on progress and development for upper management

  • Performing other tasks as required


Qualifications of an ideal candidate:

  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment, you are a team player yet an independent achiever

  • A strong performer driven by success, characterized by high energy levels; a doer with an entrepreneurial mindset, defined by good judgment, diplomacy, and integrity.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, or similar Senior Sales Management role with a distinguished record of relevant accomplishments

  • MBA in Business Administration, Management or a related field

  • Have a minimum of 5 years sound knowledge of luxury bathroom accessories or interior design sale management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management and leadership

  • Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g. MS Office etc.
