We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our client who is a global, multi-industry leader in the manufacturing and sale of Cleaning Agents, Personal Care and Skin Care Products for residential, commercial and industrial markets worldwide looking forward to develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies to increase their market base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create the company’s supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and speed.

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

• Evaluate and report on KPIs

• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly

• Maintain supply chain inventory and records

• Train and guide employees

• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

• Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)

• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)

• Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports

• Optimize warehouse functions

• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

• Interact with business partners and uphold professional relationships by negotiating contracts and placing orders.

• Prepare contracts, shipping agreements and other legal documents to solidify the relationship between the company and each supplier.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• BSc / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations or other related field

• Comprehensive knowledge of procedural best practices in supply chain management
