Grow Organization revenues through Group-led business development, services & functionalities expansion and Organization leadership while ensuring that our platforms and operations can support Organization's commercial strategy for Mobile Payments.
Responsible for creative and innovative approaches to help reshape Organization's services as a Financial Service in the Organization  through the strategic expansion of our mobile financial services and ensuring great partnerships across board both internally and externally.
Defining and implementing the strategic and financial objectives by driving better usage penetration and the improvement of operational performance to meet customer satisfaction and the overall business strategy.
Responsible for decision making and providing professional guidance at a level where the risk to the business of flawed judgement are significant.

1 – Organization leadership – drive

Lead on strategy and understand how
our platforms adapt to the changing

• Responsible for leading developmental changes across service area and impact for total business and function
• Responsible to provide innovative and creative ideas that would foster growth

3 - Services & functionalities expansion – lead on product management, innovate and drive harmonization for greater brand power, stronger customer experience and delivery efficiencies
• Deep experience and solid understanding of the payments industry and its evolution in Ghana and across Africa
• Drive monetization of the Organization  Cash platform
• Develop innovative service roadmaps
eg Enterprise, Credit, Merchant
• Enhance customer interfaces to adapt to a digital world (eg smartphone app)
• Manage Shared Service Center for
service introductions and configuration
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery
of winning service roadmaps in Markets 

4. Platform development and operations – ensure development of
• Manage internal and external suppliers
• Manage product development and test processes
• Manage stability and availability of the platform and provide operational support

Must have technical / professional
• MBA or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal

• Employment experience working with
non-cash payments (multi-party
settlement, peer-to-peer payments or
prepaid cards) for at least 3 years

Work Experience
• Minimum 8 years with Management
• Minimum 10years in the Telecommunication and/or Financial
services sector(s)
• Work with diverse geographies and
• Proven track record of operations
management in financial services
• Experience in continuous
improvement through the
implementation of best practices
• Rollout of strategic initiatives
• Performance tracking and monitoring
Must have significant experience in managing MIS/ IT component of a manufacturing company
Software installation experience
