People & Partners Group Standard Conditions for Candidates – Recruitment Services:


  1. All and any business undertaken by People & Partners Group is transacted subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set out. People & Partners Group is acting in the capacity of an employment agency.

  2. Upon provision, by the applicant (“Candidate”), of full and accurate Curriculum Vitae, People & Partners Group shall, at its sole discretion, send the candidate’s profile to a client for suitable employment position(s) on behalf of the Candidate.

  3. The Candidate shall also provide People & Partners Group with: up to date copies of qualifications and/or authorizations; and the names of three referees (who are not relatives of the Candidate) whom the Candidate agrees that People & Partners Group may approach at any time for the purpose of obtaining references about the Candidate.

  4. The Candidate consents to the disclosure of all relevant information (which is reasonably required to progress any application) including but not limited to copies of qualifications, authorizations, and/or references by People & Partners Group to the Client.

  5. The Candidate shall immediately inform People & Partners Group should there be any reason or circumstance under which it would be detrimental to the interests of People & Partners Group, the Client, or the Candidate for the Candidate to take up a particular position with a Client.

  6. People & Partners Group shall be under no obligation to find employment or submit a profile to a client for the candidate.

  7. The Candidate shall make full disclosure of any previous or current correspondence with the Client and shall be liable for any non-disclosure that would negatively affect People & Partners Group’s fiduciary relationship with the client.

  8. The Candidate should not engage in any conduct which is detrimental to the interests of People & Partners Group, would negatively affect People & Partners Group’s relationship with the Client, or is likely to bring People & Partners Group into disrepute.

  9. The Candidate shall be liable to People & Partners Group for any financial loss that may potentially arise from non-disclosure of full/complete information as in Paragraph 8 above.

  10. If, following an introduction from People & Partners Group, the Candidate receives an offer of employment or engagement to work for or with a Client introduced by People & Partners Group, the Candidate shall inform People & Partners Group immediately and provide People & Partners Group with full details of the offer including a copy of the offer letter/contract of employment if requested.

  11. An offer of employment is not made until written details are received from the Client. People & Partners Group does not accept any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Candidate by reason of the Candidate’s decision to resign from his/her current employment.

  12. All information relating to a Candidate is confidential and subject to the Data Protection Act 2012 and is provided solely for the purpose of providing search and selection services to the Client. People & Partners Group is under the obligation to protect the Candidate, as necessary by the Provisions of the DPA. Such information shall not be used for any other purpose nor divulged to any third party and the Client undertakes to abide by the provisions of the DPA in receiving and processing the data at all times.

In addition, information relating to People & Partners Group’s business that is capable of being confidential must be kept confidential and not divulged to any third party, except information in the public domain.
